KDD Player is a media player. Licences cover the software only: no channels, films or content-provider subscription are included. Add only playlists and content you are legally entitled to access. KDD does not sell channel packages or guarantee external sources. Platform names identify intended devices; they do not imply affiliation or manufacturer approval.

Do you help customers or install their devices? Apply for a reseller account. After email verification and KDD approval, your account lets you view credits and prepare activations. An annual licence uses 1 credit; a lifetime licence uses 2. Purchases remain subject to sales opening.

Does KDD provide channels or films?

No. KDD Player is a player. You add your own playlists and content you can legally access.

How does the trial work?

A new device receives a 31-day trial when registered. Reinstalling the player does not reset this trial.

What is my KDD code for?

It identifies your device so you can find it in your account and assign its licence.

Does one licence cover all my screens?

Each licence is linked to one device. Your account lets you find and manage multiple devices.

Where can I download KDD Player?

The Android TV and Windows pages offer the available previews. Other platforms show their actual status: under testing or planned integration. No button points to a nonexistent file.

My playlist does not work. What should I do?

Check the playlist address, your credentials and connection. Check your source with its provider. Stream availability and supported formats vary; a KDD licence cannot repair an unavailable source.

How do I become a reseller?

Create an account on the Pro website, verify your email, then provide your phone number, city and country in your account area. KDD reviews each application. You may share the Pro website with interested professionals; sharing does not automatically grant access or credits.

Which currency will I be charged in?

Displayed conversions are estimates. Payments are in euros; your bank may apply its own rate and fees.
